Responsibilities will include:
Invoice clients and monitor accounts receivable.
Reconcile all balance sheet accounts including bank and credit card accounts.
Record cash receipts and prepare bank deposits.
Enter and properly code accounts payable
Prepare and monitor purchase orders
Deal with vendors and related payments
Process payroll.
File and pay sales taxes
Work closely with Accountant on all financial matters.
