Starting at a business that you know holds a solid backbone and history is always important when you look to work with a company and work your way up the ladder per say. In the creative design or graphic design department this can be especially tricky. With technology still in its ‘elementary’ stage of existence it may be a new department within your company. In order to start at an entry level position, as a vice president of creative design you want to hold at least 1-2 years experience in management, hold some form of certification in different adobe and other illustrator programs and it is always beneficial to hold an Associate’s degree in design as well.
