708-297-Call Center Representative (Business Devleopment Center Associate) Lexus of Orland is looking for Business Development Center Representatives to join the organization as it builds its internet, digital marketing, and e-commerce strategy. The role of a BDC associate is to respond effectively to all phone-sourced vehicle sale and service inquiries that come to the dealership. The goal is to generate a favorable response, answer questions and set appointments. Great opportunity. Call center experience preferred but willing to train qualified candidates with good communication and customer service skills.
