Job Scope & Accountabilities :-

Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, conduct a fit/gap analysis of the business requirements against delivered functionality, develop functional design, complete application configuration, manage scope and expectations of business unit participants as needed, conduct system test, and develop training material and job aids on a project by project basis.
Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience.
The incumbent in this position will be an individual contributor for the SAP Manufacturing and Logistics support team.
The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of the Manufacturing and Logistics business processes and systems, a strong desire to drive the capability of the systems, and an ability to work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment across multiple geographic locations.
They will also be responsible for providing the self-leadership, coordination, and technical guidance necessary to ensure availability of the SAP Inventory Management functions.
Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management will be considered a plus.
Utilize the PepsiCo project lifecycle methodology from feasibility and requirements gathering through realization construction, realization testing and go-live phases.
Ensure that formal issues, change and risk management techniques are leveraged to ensure project success.
Drive cross functional integration between SAP, Legacy, and vendor processes and systems.
Provide application support activities which include monitoring and maintaining enterprise applications.
Drive the development and release of SAP enhancements and break/fix patches for the Manufacturing and Logistics functional areas.
Responsible for monitoring escalated help desk queues and assisting end users to resolve issues.
Monitor Level 2 application support activities.
Drive partnership with the project team process owners, business partners, and PBSG’s Global Technology and Architecture organization on projects and implementations to define support requirements.
Participate in system testing and acceptance.
Make approved changes to applications to fulfill requirements in accordance with development standards.
Analyze, code, configure, test, implement, and coordinate changes that are needed.
Handle highly complex tasks with multiple dimensions, conducts cost benefits analyses and recommends solutions, anticipates and overcomes obstacles dealing with cross system and technology issues.
Drive the implementation and enforcement of the internal PBSG enterprise application support operating model, including technology standards, support methodology, release management, change management, and other related processes and procedures.
Independently lead medium to large pieces of work for various projects with minimal supervision.

Minimum Requirements :-

B.A. or B.S. in applicable field.
5+ years of directly related experience at a major corporation or equivalent experience at a consulting or accounting firm.
2-3 years of experience in development, implementation, or support of Supply Chain or related business applications.
Experience in project management and requirements management.
Solid understanding of project lifecycle methodology processes.
Solid background working with customers and related business processes.
Ability to maximize standard package functionality to minimize enhancement efforts.
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of levels across the organization.
Ability to identify and solve complex problems through research and trouble-shooting.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and unfamiliar processes, as well as adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work and deliverables
