Force Dispatch & WFADO Consultant (2460) 1 Year Contract in Sacramento, CA 95821 Local candidates and permanent residents only eligible for this role Qualifications :- 1) FORCE Dispatch Application Intermediate Desired 2) WFADO Intermediate Desired 3) Dispatch Center experience Intermediate Desired 4) Microsoft Office Intermediate Desired Responsibilities :- Applicants must have a sound working knowledge of the FORCE and/or WFADO dispatch systems and dispatch center processes. The individual filling this position will be part of the Mapping & Admin Table team supporting the deployment of the FORCE dispatch application to clients. Primary responsibility will include working with other team members, members of the deployment team, and client contacts to insure the timely identification of client processes, the gathering of client data, and accurate input of gathered Mapping and Admin Table data into applicable FORCE instances. Normal work hours are 8am- 5pm Monday-Friday however some out of normal hours, weekend and holiday coverage may be required. Other key factors associated with the position: Company will provide laptops for system access. Cell Phones will not be supplied and contractors must have their own. Travel to work locations or conversion sites will not be considered as paid time. Positions are not telecommute.
