I actually had applied over the internet, and low and behold, the next day I got a call for an interview. Timings everything, I was just lucky when I applied.   I used to work at Nordy for about 4 years. I got the job through a friend that used to work in customer service there. I had a nice experience even though I hated my manager at the time. I made ALOT of money off of commision because I was a shark :)!!
