How do I make sure my wedding photographer is reliable?

If you supervise or manage a wedding photographer, you are looking to find different  responsibilities that your photographer can be responsible for on a regular basis to  bring in new clients, provide top quality photos and wedding albums and with that ask  that your wedding photographer check in with you and all proofs must be ran by you before  handed over to the clients. Managing photographers is possible, but as an artist they  will need room to work on their own as well. You can look for different characteristics in your  employees and photographers and often times making sure they are manageable is more important than other qualifications.
