Position Overview

NOW 100.5 FM is seeking a Radio Music Mixer to host our Saturday night NOW’s Lit Saturday Night show.

Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion.

This position is designated as a remote role. Employee may work from home but will be required to work from a state where Bonneville is an established business.

What You Will Do:

Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to:

Produce broadcast quality radio mix show

Take direction from Program Director and Music Director on music list and music flow

Responsibly edit songs for appropriate content as directed by Program Director

Deliver an entertaining and engaging on-air presentation that connects with the adult audiences

Understand station’s brand promise and work in compliance with company policies and procedures

Understand and adhere to policies and FCC Rules and Regulations

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:

Previous radio experience preferred

Familiarity with Zetta2Go a plus

Build audience by connecting with listeners and generating loyalty

Ability to work independently at times, but also able to take direction from Management/Supervisors and be open to coaching

Physical Demands

Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.

Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.

Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.

Compensation Range

$15.50-$30.00 per hour Hourly rate will be determined by an evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal and external benchmark
