Job description:
****** is looking for an on-camera live stream specialist to manage and host our ****** Live shows. Your role will be to interact with the audience during live streaming sessions, interview guests, and help drive the audience growth of the channel. The ideal candidate has experience on camera, is well versed in the music industry, and the ****** platform. They need a strong understanding of live streaming platforms, and are expected to stay up to date with trends, strategies and continuously find ways to improve the quality of our streams. This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and Project Manager.

Job responsibilities:
Booking, managing, and moderating all ****** Live shows
Being the face of ****** Live, speak on camera, interview guests
Work in collaboration with the marketing team to create content that relates to our goals
Driving the growth of the live stream channels
Providing analytics report on growth of channels
Moderating chats during the live
Engaging with our global audience and build relationships with community members
Strategizing new ways to show concepts, episode ideas and marketing of the live shows
Being familiar with and staying up to date on the ****** platform, products, events and technology
Cutting the most valuable clips from the live streams to reuse for social media


Job requirements:
You are able to confidently speak to a camera, entertain viewers, and interact with an audience that is broadcast to members all over the world
You have an ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects at once
You have experience with Twitch, hosting platforms such as Zoom or Stream Yard, Twitter Spaces, Instagram Live, TikTok Live, etc.
You are a good collaborator/team player, are autonomous, and can take feedback
2+ years of on-camera experience
You have knowledge of music talent across different genres
You have a background of hosting and or moderating live streams
You are heavily immersed in the music industry, pop culture, staying on top of the latest news, updates, and trends
You are flexible and adaptable for an ever changing medium
