POSITION PURPOSE:
Bonneville Sacramento has an immediate opening for a dynamic Digital Advertising Operations Specialist. This person will be responsible for working collaboratively with the sales and digital departments on coordination and implementation of digital advertising solutions and campaigns to new and existing clients. This person is an organized, detailed oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks in different areas of the digital marketing and client services arena. You will help ensure a smooth operation that supports revenue development and retention across the Bonneville Sacramento cluster.

This is a hybrid on-site/remote role that requires the employee to regularly work at our Sacramento office location
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all digital fulfillment operations at the market level
Work with Digital Media Strategist team and/or other members of the department such as Account Executives or Account Managers to collect appropriate digital assets for campaign implementation
Implement and monitor all digital campaigns in multiple platforms accurately
Execute, manage and recap digital campaigns for sales team
Pull regular digital reports that monitor revenue growth
Lead weekly team operations meetings to ensure full client project oversight of delivery, pacing and accounting
Participate in training to enhance professional skills and overall understanding of new and evolving media
Additional responsibilities as assigned
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
College degree in business, communications, sales, marketing, related field or equivalent is preferred
A minimum of two-three years of advertising support experience, digital experience desired
Understanding of digital online advertising is preferred
Ability to assist with client facing presentations
Ability to organize, analyze and interpret statistical data and draw conclusions for recommendations
Ability to work with moderate supervision, confidential information and be a self-starter
Able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns in a timely manner with accuracy
Exceptional organization skills and detailed oriented
Capable and willing to resolve unexpected problems and be flexible to perform unscheduled assignments.
A high level of proficiency with computers, software and new technologies. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Tools a Must
Possess excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
Substantial physical movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Ability to extend hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction with good eye and hand coordination.
