We have an exciting opportunity for a highly resourceful and diversified individual to join our growing team. As the gerber operator / assistant pattern maker you will participate in the development of patterns from conception to completion each season. We seek a highly motivated and creative individual who has an interest in leading a team and developing and expanding their abilities.
Responsibilities include:
-digitizing patterns and grading
-creating patterns for samples
-attending fit sessions to review details and fit
-maintaining the work flow for the team
Requirements Include:
-knowledge of draping, construction and grading is essential
-proficient in CAD, Gerber and AccuMark
-bachelor’s degree in fashion design are preferred
-Spanish speaking is a plus.
-detail-oriented and meticulous
-ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
