Position Overview
Responsible for driving sales and nurturing a mutually profitable business relationship within an assigned account base by setting and implementing strategies that support the ****** Collection Brand.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Partner with Senior Director to develop and implement business plan by account to achieve corporate sales goals
Consistently achieve monthly and seasonal sales plans and annual target; solid analytical ability and knowledge of selling reports to drive business
Build relationships with buyers, dept. store retail and specialist through daily/ weekly communication
Create and review weekly selling recaps (by client/ category) with actions to drive sales
Work in partnership with key accounts on financial plans and sales targets prior to start of the season
Drive incremental sales by monitoring seasonal reorder opportunities, stock levels and permanent programs
Monitor shipping for responsible accounts
Management of Skypad program to support reporting needs
Monitor stores presentation and performance ensuring they meet brand standards
Collaborate with department store teams including but not limited to personal shoppers, stylist, VICs, VM & selling managers, specialist and buying office to drive sales at a retail level
Conduct bi- weekly calls with specialist in order to compile reports, including but not limited to, opportunities to drive sales and report on selling trends at a store level

Market Week/ Seasonal campaign

Market week preparation including appointment scheduling, analyze current business to create strategies for the upcoming collection
Present collection to clients during market appointment in New York
Enter all clients’ orders during sales campaign and send client order confirmations once finalize
Work with accounts to substitute any cancellations to ensure sales are not lost
Track customer orders during the campaign to ensure seasonal target is achieved

Product Training/ Merchandising

Plan, execute and lead all selling events for accounts
Coordinate with training department and sales assistant to create monthly training decks to send to in-store teams, including product knowledge, selling tips and VM/ merchandising guidelines
Frequent market visits to assess product assortment is coherent with sales and image of the stores competitor bench marking, visual set up, events, new opening etc
Manage key accounts Specialist/ DSA program
Perform projects and assignments as needed/directed by Manager
Ensure the highest level of customer service with all partners
Schedule travel arrangements using best judgment to maximize individual travel budget
Experience, Skills & Knowledge


3-5 years wholesale experience preferably in luxury market
Bachelors degree
Strong knowledge of apparel product
Strong understanding of retail math and sales planning
Complete Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel (v-look ups, Pivot tables, formulas) and Word
Produce professional quality PPT decks to be presented to management
Exhibit a strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and detail/team oriented
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skills
Ability to travel and work flexible schedule including nights, weekends as needed to support retail stores hours and events
