Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
A passion for working with people and offering empathetic support with a positive attitude.

Some of the duties for this position are:
Communicating and Building Relationships with current members
Handling incoming customer requests
Acting as a purchasing agent to assist members with finding vendors for their requests
Light Bookkeeping

Great Phone Etiquette 
Ability to work independently with direction and light supervision 
Ability to prioritize and multitask 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) 
QuickBooks experience preferred
