An outstanding, full-time opportunity has become available at an architectural firm in the San Marino, CA area for a Project Designer with 5+ years’ experience with Educational Architecture projects. This role earns a generous base salary and fantastic benefits package that includes a 401k plan, insurance plans, PTO, bonuses and profit sharing, relocation assistance, stock options, professional development support, Sick pay, and other terrific perks.
Required work experience includes:
• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5+ years of experience with Architectural Education Projects
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Rendering software, and Adobe Photoshop is a MUST
• Proficiency in leading the Pre-Design, Schematic Design (SD), and Design Development (DD) phases is a MUST
• Experience in Code and Regulation Compliance, maintaining Schedules, adherence to a set Budget, coordinating with and meeting Client Design expectations, Reviewing Design documents, Site Planning, and Interior Design is a MUST
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture from an NAAB accredited school is a MUST
• Licensed Architect or Currently Pursuing Licensure in California is a MUST
• Experience Coordinating and Leading a team is HIGHLY PREFERRED
