Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with customers, guiding them through the payment process and addressing their queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Verify the credentials of potential handymen to ensure their suitability for our platform, conducting background checks, and maintaining documentation.
• Monitor and track the performance of handymen by requesting proof of completed tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize the platform's user experience and continuously improve our services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and offerings on our platform to accurately inform customers and handymen.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills: You should possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with customers and handymen effectively.
• Customer-focused: A passion for helping people and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
• Attention to detail: As the gatekeeper for onboarding handymen, meticulous attention to detail is crucial to ensure their reliability and trustworthiness.
• Problem-solving skills: You should be resourceful and able to address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• United States residency: Candidates must be located within the United States, and their location will be verified during the application process.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus but not required. We value attitude and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with handyman services or the home improvement industry would be beneficial.
