1. What should I do if my username and password are not working properly?

Make sure your username is your e-mail address, (eg. johndoe@hotmail.com), and be sure to check for any possible typos. If you feel that this is not the issue contact support at support@creativejobscentral.com.


2. If I forget my username or password or both, how can I retrieve it?

Go to http://www.creativejobscentral.com/send_pswd.php and fill out the form


3. If I want to change my username or password, how can I do that?

To change your e-mail/username, log in to your account and go to the 'Profile' tab located on the top right. Change your e-mail and click SAVE at the bottom.

To change your password, log in to your account and go to the 'My Account' tab on the top right. You will see a link towards the top left that says 'My Password'. Change it over and click UPDATE.
