As the Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Sales Team department. You will serve as a design liaison between internal and external customers for all aspects of a sales project, which includes: specification, quoting, tracking, problem solving and customer service. On a typical day, you can expect to utilize software such as AutoCad and Hedberg to translate drawings, and review inventory status. You will prepare quotes and maintain day-to-day activity through direct client calls and double-checking on all specifications, drawings and orders. You will demonstrate ability to establish strong customer relationships and apply in depth design experience to best meet customer needs. Attendance on appointments might be necessary in providing leadership and mentorship to your peers as you meet with customers while facilitating projects. As the direct source of contact between departments, manufacturers and vendors, you will coordinate sales orders from beginning to completion and display your current knowledge of industry trends and new products. By keeping respective sales reps informed of account developments, you will establish customer relationships and maintain current business.

- B.A. in Interior Design or Architecture required
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in architectural or design field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in project coordination
- AutoCAD experience required
- Current product and industry trend knowledge required
- Ability to perform essential functions to meet attendance requirements and to meet physical/mental requirements of this position
