General information
All subscriptions will automatically renew to preserve continuity.
I agree that I have been informed that I will not be emailed upon upcoming billing dates and I will be charged unless I cancel online.
Billing
I am agreeing that "CreativeJobsCentral.com" will appear on my billing statement and am aware of charges pertaining to it.
If your card declines payment, on a recurring schedule, we have the right to bill your card on a later date and terminate service.
If card continues to decline we will send a collections service to collect the payment.
3 and 6 months subscription are charged upfront, as well as any additional charges linked to your account, including any additional services you may subscribe to.
Thus all the additional service you are to subscribed to ("Add-ons", "Enhancements", "Additional Services") will be charged accordingly to the length of your subscription.
E-mails
If you receive an email to your SPAM folder, it is your responsibility to retrieve it.
Any claim that you have that you 'deleted' an email that we sent you is not an excuse for not having any type of confirmation.
You must supply and maintain a valid email address in order to use this service.
Invalid email addresses will be deleted from our system and denied access.
About cancellation
I may end my subscription anytime by logging in, clicking 'My Account' then clicking 'Cancel my account.'
Or I may cancel via the support page linked on the bottom of the site. In order to not be charged for the upcoming billing cycle, I must cancel before my renewal date.
I must cancel directly through CreativeJobsCentral.com only; cancellations over the phone are not allowed.
If I do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, it is my responsibility to email support@creativejobscentral.com asking for a confirmation that I am cancelled.
No one other than me can cancel my subscription.
Proof of cancellation is an email sent from support@creativejobscentral.com with the subject "Your CreativeJobsCentral.com account has been cancelled" stating that I have cancelled.
If I do not have a confirmation email, there is no proof of cancellation.
Proof of cancellation is an email sent from support@creativejobscentral.com stating that you have already been cancelled. If I do not have a confirmation email, there is no proof of cancellation.
Liabilities
In case of a chargeback dispute initiated by you and if your bank does not win the dispute, you, the customer, is liable for the amount of chargeback fees plus $10 of processing fee.
Only 1 individual may access CreativeJobsCentral.com owned sites at the same time using the same email or password, unless we agree otherwise.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately revoke your account and/or assess a $7500 daily penalty fee for copying jobs, copying copyrighted text, or otherwise altering site content, including but not limited to, use on a 'mimicking', third party, or similar/competitive service.
The web site is not intended for distribution to, or sues by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation.
Any loss incurred from interviewing, calling companies or falling prey to any 'scheme' posted on our website is not our responsibility as we do not hold responsibility for the content or accuracy of jobs posted on our website.
We are not responsible to distribute content to any 3rd party as required by any lawyer or company entity.
Am i eligible for a refund?
Conditions for our refund policy.I must cancel my subscription within 24 hours of my initial purchase in order to obtain a full refund.
I MUST forfeit my remaining time and I must contact support@creativejobscentral.com along with my cancellation confirmation mail.
If I fail to meet these conditions, I the customer, am fully aware that I am not eligible for a refund.

I wish to receive a refund.
The seller will process a refund if:
- You- You cancel online within the first 24 hours of the date of initial payment of subscription and send this refund request fully filled, dated and signed by certified or registered United States Mail.
- - Other irregular billing situation (late, double billing, etc.) that is proven to be of the seller responsibility.
You are
NOT entitled to a refund if:
- You cancelled your subscription after the first 24 hours of purchase.
- There is a lack/no of jobs in your area.
- You have trouble login/accessing our site.
- You do not receive our daily email notifications.
- You already processed chargeback with your bank.
- Refunds are exclusively intuitu personae. The person that is asking for the refund has to be the same that subscribed to the site.
Additional Refund Conditions
- Any credit that we send to you, may take up to 72 hours to show up on your card.
- Any credit that we process due to VISA/MasterCard regulations will be issued to the card that we received initially. We will not pass any credit onto a card that we did not initially receive. We do not send checks.
- Any credit that we process for any reason must be on the same card that you originally purchased and card must not be expired.
- If clarification is needed the seller is authorized to ask for the Cancellation confirmation email in order to validate any refunds.
- Refunds are exclusively intuitu personae. The person that is asking for the refund has to be the same that subscribed to the site.
Classifieds, Blogs, Portfolio Links, and Career Links
As of August 14, 2009, CreativeJobsCentral.com has added some FREE services to the site.
There is NO charge for these services. If you see a blog or classified ad that contains inappropriate content, please flag it immediately.It will then be reviewed by management and subject to removal.
Please be aware that since these are FREE services, we cannot be held responsible for the content posted (which is why we have the flagging feature).
We fully reserve the right to remove any posting we deem to be inappropriate, per Publisher's discretion.
Please understand that all postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated.
More specifically, you are entirely responsible for each individual item ("Item") of Content that you post, email or otherwise make available via the Service.
You understand that CreativeJobsCentral does not control, and is not responsible for Content made available through the Service, and that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.
Furthermore, the CJC site and Content available through the Service may contain links to other websites, which are completely independent of CJC.
CJC makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such site.
Your linking to any other websites is at your own risk.
You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, that you may not rely on said Content, and that under no circumstances will CJC be liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise made available via the Service.
You acknowledge that CJC does not pre-screen or approve Content, but that CJC shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content that is available via the Service, for violating the letter or spirit of the TOS or for any other reason.
